Helsinki Bilingual Lactation Cafe meets once a month on Thursdays at Kätilökulma, Topeliuksenkatu 16, Helsinki.
Have a cup of coffee or tea, see other families and talk about breastfeeding related topics! Helsinki Bilingual Lactation Cafe is a meeting place for families. Our trained breastfeeding peer supporters will also be there to support you with your breastfeeding questions. We speak English and Finnish.

The meetings are open for all kinds of breastfeeding. No advance registration is needed and there is no admission fee.
You are warmly welcome exactly as you are! Siblings and all the parents of the nursling are also welcome!
Breastfeeding support at home via Rinnalla-application
You can also receive breastfeeding peer support in English via the free Rinnalla-app. Download Rinnalla-app from App Store or Play Store.
In application, you can find an English speaking peer supporter by search. You can send a message whenever you want via the application. We will answer you in two days. Discussions are confidential and anonymous.
